چکیده
Missing anterior teeth is still a common problem affecting the patient's psychological and social life. Fiber Reinforced Composite (FRC) bridge promising alternative treatment to replace missing teeth. The indirect FRC method can be solution reduce chairside time optimize aesthetics. Patients with maxillary central incisors were planned for treatment. Reduction of palatal abutment area (maxillary canines) using diamond bur taking impressions two-step putty wash technique. Fabrication bridges by an in laboratory polyethylene fiber composite resin. insertion procedure starts surface etching (37% Phosphoric Acid) on reduced area. was cemented self-adhesive resin cement. Indirect provides results high esthetics maximally preserves tooth tissue. It minimally invasive tissue, so it showed satisfaction this

Anterior fiber-reinforced composite resin bridge: a case report.
A variety of therapeutic modalities, from implants to conventional Maryland bridges, can be used for the replacement of a traumatically missing anterior tooth. The reinforcement of composite resins by fibers improves their fracture toughness and resistance. Fiber-reinforced composite (FRC) bridges can be a good alternative to conventional prosthetic techniques. The purpose of this article was t...
متن کاملResin-Bonded Fiber-Reinforced Composite for Direct Replacement of Missing Anterior Teeth: A Clinical Report
Missing anterior teeth is of serious concern in the social life of a patient in most of societies. While conventional fixed partial dentures and implant-supported restorations may often be the treatment of choice, fiber-reinforced composite (FRC) resins offer a conservative, fast, and cost-effective alternative for single and multiple teeth replacement. This paper presents two cases where FRC t...

A fiber-reinforced composite inlay-onlay FPD was used for a single posterior tooth replacement in a patient refusing implant for psychological reasons. The FRC-FPD was made of pre-impregnated E-glass fibers (everStick, StickTeck, Turku, Finland) embedded in a resin matrix (Stick Resin, StickTeck, Turku, Finland). The unidirectional glass fibers were used to make a framework structure with high ...
متن کاملFiber-reinforced composite fixed partial denture to restore missing posterior teeth: a case report.
In patients refusing implant surgery for psychological reasons, when minimal tooth reduction is desired, a fiber-reinforced composite inlay fixed partial denture (IFPD) can be used to replace missing teeth. In comparison to other restorative systems this conservative approach carries a lower risk of pulp exposure and/or periodontal inflammation, maintaining the health of supporting tissues. The...
متن کاملFiber-reinforced Composite for Chairside Replacement of Anterior Teeth: A Case Report
A variety of therapeutic modalities, from implant to conventional Maryland prosthesis, can be used for the replacement of a missing anterior tooth. Whenever a minimal tooth reduction is preferred, a fiber reinforced composite (FRC) prosthesis could be a good alternative to conventional prosthetic techniques, chiefly as temporary restoration before making a final decision on the treatment. The p...
